Based in West Byfleet, this is a full-time, permanent office-based role, Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm.

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with shipping administration experience to play a key role in supporting global order fulfilment while developing their career in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and process international shipments, ensuring timely delivery worldwide.
  • Manage sales orders and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proforma invoices.
  • Handle customer enquiries, including telephone orders and product queries.
  • Process returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider sales function.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in shipping coordination/administration (essential).
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
