Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully office based)

Are you a confident communicator with great organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We\’re looking for a proactive Events Project Coordinator to join my clients team in a beautiful rural location in Hertfordshire.

About the Role:

  • Liaising with clients (UK & overseas) to understand their needs and prepare them for visits/ events.
  • Briefing internal stakeholders and post-production teams clearly and accurately.
  • Allocating resources efficiently to maximise commercial return.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and rebooking of future events.
  • Gathering feedback to continuously improve our service.
  • Occasionally supporting other departments or events (e.g. commercial events, charity events, etc).
  • Taking part in an out-of-hours rota to handle occasional emergencies (e.g. cancellations, van issues, etc.).

What You\’ll Need:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (no public transport links to the office).
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and team spirit.
