We are delighted to be partnering with a global organisation who is continuously growing and looking to recruit a Product and Stock Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with some office administration experience who is looking to develop commercially, gain exposure to product management, and build a long‑term career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role would suit someone with strong administrative, coordination or project support experience, who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders, and is keen to learn how products are managed from concept through to delivery and profitability. This role is designed to develop you over time, with clear progression opportunities for someone who is motivated, curious and commercially minded.
Duties include:
- Coordinating product and supplier information within internal systems
- Supporting product set‑up, pricing and data accuracy
- Liaising with suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with inventory, reporting and analysis
- Supporting projects, promotions and product launches
- Learning how product performance, pricing and profitability are managed
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate or early‑career professional with strong admin or project coordination experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel skills beneficial)
