We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Wandsworth. The successful candidate must have 2 years of experience as a Property Manager managing their own portfolio of properties. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. No driving licence required!

Responsibilities

  • Full management of a luxury and new build residential portfolio
  • Handling mostly tenant-related queries
  • Coordinating and overseeing maintenance issues and contractors
  • Managing compliance requirements
  • Organising check-ins and check-outs
  • Handling deposit returns and disputes
  • Coordinating cleaning and end-of-tenancy works
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard
  • Ensuring properties are maintained to premium presentation levels
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring systems are up to date
  • Chasing rent payments where necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity on the CRM systems
  • Organise emails to ensure no enquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements
  • Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties

Key Skills

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management
  • Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
  • Experience managing high-end / luxury properties or new build developments
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties
  • Confident handling tenant communication and problem resolution
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Professional, polished approach suitable for a premium client base
