We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Wandsworth. The successful candidate must have 2 years of experience as a Property Manager managing their own portfolio of properties. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. No driving licence required!

Responsibilities
- Full management of a luxury and new build residential portfolio
- Handling mostly tenant-related queries
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance issues and contractors
- Managing compliance requirements
- Organising check-ins and check-outs
- Handling deposit returns and disputes
- Coordinating cleaning and end-of-tenancy works
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Ensuring properties are maintained to premium presentation levels
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring systems are up to date
- Chasing rent payments where necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity on the CRM systems
- Organise emails to ensure no enquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements
- Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties
Key Skills
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management
- Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Experience managing high-end / luxury properties or new build developments
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties
- Confident handling tenant communication and problem resolution
