We are recruiting for an Office Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Kingston. The successful candidate must be very technology savvy and ideally live local to Kingston. Candidates must be a UK resident and ideally live within a 30‑minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with all CRM enquiries received
- Redirect enquiries where needed
- Organise viewings and valuations
- Check over past valuations within the last month
- Answering phones
- General administration
- Typing up property details and loading onto portals
