We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Guildford. The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. You can either be an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a high performing independent, or a Trainee with strong customer service experience.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Benefits:

  • Basic £20,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE £30,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 6pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day back in lieu
  • Car allowance 25p per mile

Responsibilities:

  • This role will cover sales and lettings
  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships
  • Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Booking appointments
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
