We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Hillingdon.
The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings
Key Skills
- Previous property experience not essential
- High level of customer service skills with ideally sales
- The desire to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Target driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
