Overview

General Manager – Tatar Bunar Shoreditch. We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead Tatar Bunar, an independent Ukrainian-inspired restaurant in Shoreditch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue.
• Lead, train, and motivate the management and front-of-house teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Maintain high standards of food, drink, hygiene, and safety.
• Drive sales, profitability, and business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial awareness and experience with P&L.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
