The role will be responsible for driving key innovation projects across priority markets (UK/Can/US/Aus) and supporting the leadership team to transform our portfolio within Tea and shape the future of the segment.

Key Deliverables:

  • Support in building the innovation pipeline and leading execution (opportunity assessment, proposition and 4P’s development & implementation) to accelerate growth of the International division.
  • Report, track, learn & suggest improvements by analyzing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
  • Coordinate and influence peers, cross-functional teams and senior management stakeholders across the globe.
  • Manage and collaborate with creative agencies to lead ideation and development of activation toolkits.
  • Lead coordination and presentation of innovation gate documents.
  • Lead planning and execution of A&P, from annual planning to monthly budget management, delivery & optimisation.
  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within and outside the sector, and help translate these insights into actionable innovation opportunities for tea.
