Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Requirements Management Engineer to be based at our office in Warwick.
Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers.
It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.
The Role
The RMDV Engineer is responsible for supporting the engineering team in regard to RMDV and data analysis.
- Area of Responsibility
- Supporting engineering team with RMDV
- Assisting with data analysis for engineering team
- Communicating with customer RMDV support team to solve issues
- Supporting meetings with engineers and management regarding RMDV related topics and provide feedback if required
- Publishing minutes from each meeting
- Communicating team progress to management
- Analysing data to support engineering team in decision making
- Creation of presentations and presenting data for senior leadership
- Managing support systems to ensure outstanding RMDV actions are completed
- Ensuring that issues are addressed and closed off
- Ensuring that issues that cannot be resolved are escalated to appropriate leadership
- Ensuring that the engineering sub-system delivers its objectives and targets (technical and business)
- Knowledge / Experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Proven ability to do data analysis and create presentations for leadership.
- Skills in time management and work prioritisation.
- Proven project management capability demonstrated by recent delivery on time & budget within a product development environment.
- Ability to use data analysis software.
- Ability to step in and support team members when required.
Preferred
- Ability to assist with engineering decisions in regard to requirement/test management.
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Advanced PC Literacy: Jira, IBM based software.
