Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be based from our Warwick Office (Hybrid working). The role sits within our growing but well established TA function which has been hugely successful in growing our capability in the UK as well as in Europe.

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in delivering high-quality recruitment across the business, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. This position would be responsible for our Digital Enterprise Solutions recruitment so would suit someone with extensive experience recruiting in this space e.g. Software Developers, Architects, Enterprise IT professionals, IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, SAP consultants etc. This role will primarily focus on UK hiring, owning end-to-end recruitment delivery across their business Area and managing a small team of recruiters in their team. In addition, the role will also have some requirement to deliver roles for European hiring activity, particularly across Germany and France, with occasional involvement in other EU regions as required.

Area of Responsibility

  • End-to-end recruitment Management for Digital Enterprise Solutions (Enterprise IT) – Leading a small team of recruiters as well as hands on responsibility as required for sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers within the UK, building strong stakeholder relationships and understanding business needs
  • Support European hiring activity (Germany, France and wider EU) where required
  • Deliver recruitment activity in line with agreed SLAs, compliance standards and best practice
  • Drive direct sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, CV databases and networking to attract high-quality talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and job profiles
  • Manage offer processes, including complex negotiations and relocations
  • Contribute to resource planning and talent pipelining, supporting current and future hiring demand
  • Support the development of recruitment processes, tools and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective and compliant recruitment practices
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience

Knowledge/Experience

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Experience managing a small team and their KPIs/Goals
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across technical or professional roles in the IT/Digital space (within Automotive/Aero/Manufacturing Environment would be desirable but not essential)
  • Experience supporting multi-region hiring including Europe would be desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Knowledge of UK and European employment legislation (including IR35 where relevant)
  • Experience using direct sourcing and digital attraction methods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex hiring requirements
