Our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department leverages extensive manufacturing know-how for enlightened enterprise systems. Our world-class consultants enable organizations to realize the power of the integrated enterprise by providing superior consulting and implementation services.
IT Support Technician required to support hardware, applications and software at a manufacturing site. Note this role requires shift work. 40 hours Monday to Friday with three different shifts covering the 24 hours in a day.
- Provide first line support for both standard and non-standard devices
- Fix bespoke software applications
- Upgrade software – carrying out the upgrade, informing user of any changes
- Liaise with Network Team for connectivity related issues
- Floorwalking to support users
- Experience of 1st line IT support
- Understanding of Microsoft applications/software
- Understanding of computer networks
