- Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architectural vision for a large-scale
Integrated Supply Chain Planning (i SCP) transformation programme.
The role will provide strategic architectural leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring all project-level solutions align with the target enterprise architecture and business objectives.
The successful candidate will act as the architectural authority across the programme, driving integration, consistency, scalability, and innovation while coordinating multiple solution architects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern the end-to-end solution architecture across the Integrated Supply Chain Planning (i SCP) programme.
- Define and maintain the target architecture, ensuring alignment across all project workstreams.
- Provide a consolidated architectural view across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and interoperability.
- Act as the primary architectural authority for programme-level design decisions.
- Lead and coordinate a team of domain and project Solution Architects.
- Collaborate closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and technology partners.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Drive architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
- Enterprise Integration & Technology Strategy
- Define integration strategies across enterprise applications, platforms, and services.
- Ensure effective use of APIs, event-driven architectures, data management frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Support cloud-first and modern integration approaches to enable a scalable digital ecosystem.
- Balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term architectural sustainability.
- Supply Chain Planning Transformation
- Ensure planning capabilities across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and S&OP/IBP processes operate as a connected ecosystem.
- Support the integration of planning platforms with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and data platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance for transformation initiatives involving multiple vendors and system integrators.

- Technical & Architecture Expertise
- Extensive experience leading solution architecture on large-scale business transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes.
- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, and data management principles.
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms and modern integration technologies.
- Proven ability to architect complex, multi-system business solutions.
- Leadership & Communication
- Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple Solution Architects across complex programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives, programme leaders, and technical teams.
- Strong strategic thinking capability, connecting detailed design decisions to wider business outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and complex environments while driving clarity and alignment.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach to decision-making.
- Programme Delivery Experience
- Experience working with multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Track record of delivering enterprise transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
