Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a PLM Content Developer to be based at our office/our customer’s site in Gaydon. Our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practice helps manufacturers build better products, define better processes, and reduce costs. As an engineering services organization, we use the processes and software we recommend to our clients. We leverage two decades of PLM domain expertise, industry-leading software partnerships, innovative training services, and a laser-like focus on understanding the product development challenges specific to each of our clients.

Area of Responsibility

  • Understand Business Process to develop highly customized training content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyse training needs and create role-based training content for both online and offline consumption.
  • Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs.
  • Utilize a variety of techniques, concepts and development of training programs and strategies; Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company-wide strategy.
  • Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested towards the success of the business.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in understanding business process, training content development, instructional design, curriculum development or any equivalent combination of consulting, training and experience.
  • Must have experience in developing functional training for large software systems like PLM, ERP, CRM, etc.
  • Proficient in content creation tools like Camtasia / Articulate storyline, PPT, SharePoint, etc.
  • Aware of different modules in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Understanding of ID methodologies, adult learning principles and writing standards.
  • Organizational and time management abilities, phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills along with critical thinking and decision making.
  • Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS, SAFe, Kanban with good working knowledge with ALM tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Good to have: Corporate training experience, LMS Management Experience, Corporate training skills and experience, Functional experience in automotive domain, Training & Development, or ID certification.
