Business Analyst for Digital Transformation
Create and document processes, including flow charts, scopes, and RASIC charts, to upload to JLR Way. Develop processes to coordinate ad hoc projects and procure parts at short notice.
Perform data analysis to improve future projects, review recent VB builds to ensure all parts are released and correctly costed, and ensure planning accuracy for each part going forward to HTFB and Job1.
Plan, lead, and drive validation of X1, M1, and VB Bill of Materials (BoM), ensuring all parts are released for build phase effectiveness points and have correct usage.
Lead build meetings for X1, M1, and VB prototype scheduling activities, covering all long lead items to prevent delays and managing general build requirements and discussions.
Manage material planning and logistics closely for each build to prevent shortages for required delivery dates.
Track non-released parts, liaise with suppliers to support delivery arrangements, and manage rate and flow to ensure timely availability.
