About the Company

Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a BMS Data Analytics Quality Engineer to be based at our client site in Whitley.

Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve model fidelity for use in BMS algorithms and system simulations.
  • Validate models against test and operational data to ensure accuracy, robustness, and suitability for real‑time use.
  • Perform advanced data analytics for cloud‑based BMS applications to extract insights on performance, degradation, and usage patterns.
  • Support predictive analytics and model‑based decision making using large‑scale datasets.
  • Query existing BigQuery tables and curate clean, traceable datasets to support battery quality issues and investigations.
  • Deliver focused analytics (trends, anomalies, correlations) to support investigation, containment, and readiness decisions during launch windows.
  • Provide on‑call/ad‑hoc support aligned to launch priorities across MLA, EMA.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem solving.
  • Ability to operate in time‑critical launch environments with structured, traceable outputs.
