Fusebox Engineer in Warwick

Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Fusebox Engineer to be based at Warwick office, with regular visits to our customer site. Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Fusebox Engineer to support the end-to-end delivery of automotive power distribution and circuit protection systems. The successful candidate will lead the development, sourcing, validation, industrialisation, and production release of fusebox and power distribution hardware, working closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and programme stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise in electro-mechanical hardware design , power distribution systems , and supplier management within an automotive product development environment. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality, production-ready hardware from concept through to vehicle launch and production sign-off. The position requires ownership of component delivery activities, coordination of cross-functional engineering reviews, management of supplier activities, and support of vehicle builds to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Area of Responsibility Product Development & Engineering Lead the development of fusebox and power distribution hardware systems throughout the product lifecycle. Support hardware design and development activities for new and existing vehicle programmes. Drive technical delivery from concept generation through to production release.
