Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to oversee and drive development of Test Automation Tools for HIL/SIL Testing, develop libraries to integrate different tools into Test Automation Framework. The fast-paced development provides a challenging environment suited to an engineer who can quickly develop skills in new areas and liaise with and drive other engineers within a multidisciplinary/global team
Area of Responsibility
Analyse Automation Requirements to define System Architecture
Automation test framework for CI\\CD based Verification and Validation testing
Cascade test specifications from system to components and delivery of test plans and test designs to the
specifications.
Development of Test Automoation framwork for Vision/ML/Voice based system
Development of Rest APIs for integarting Third Party systems.
Creation of Automation Test Scripts from functional requirements
Development of CI Pipelines for Continuous Integration Testing
Knowledge / Experience
Bachelors degree in electrical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or Mechatronics Engineering (or
equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) within the Automotive domain for
automation activities.
Strong Knowledge of Python is a must, CAPL and other scripting languages is a plus
Experience with UI development with python preferably with PyQT.
Knowledge of OOPS concepts and Threading architecture.
Knowledge of using RestAPIs for interacting with Web Systems and experience working with COM
Applications for interacting with 3rd Party Systems.
Basic Knowledge with some Database systems.
Basic knowledge on test and verification processes for automotive systems
Basic experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), or Model-in-the-Loop (MiL)
environments
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
