Requirements

• We are looking for SAP QM Functional Consultancy experience.
• We need SAP S/4HANA functional consulting expertise in Quality Management.
• Experience with functional and technical Scrum teams in scaled agile delivery is required.
• Experience leading, organizing, developing, and executing customer-facing Fit to Standard and Solution Validation workshops is required.
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, master data, transactional data creation, and documentation of configurations is required.
• Experience across project lifecycle activities including design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, migration/conversion, cutover, hyper care, and support is required.
• Knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules such as MM and PP is an asset.
• Experience with data mapping, QM master data, data requirements, data strategy, and ETL documentation is required.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and BTP delivery across distributed teams is required.
• Experience in developing and securing approval for solutions in S/4HANA, BTP, or SAP Cloud modules is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, issue escalation, and delivery governance experience is required.
• Experience presenting current-state and future-state business processes and securing business buy-in is required.

Responsibilities

• We will be responsible for functional and process delivery across assigned value streams at customer manufacturing plants and other locations.
• We will design, develop, deliver, and support complex SAP solutions based on client guidelines.
• We will conduct training programs in SAP QM.
• We will prepare BPDs and update ARIS flows and L0 to L4 process documentation.
• We will run design, fit to standard, and validation workshops with business stakeholders.
• We will work upstream with Product Managers to understand the product backlog and pipeline proposals.
• We will manage business stakeholders and ensure they are informed throughout the lifecycle.
• We will complete configuration in S/4HANA environments and support master data and transactional data creation.
• We will work in Scrum teams to deliver agreed scope in line with the governance model.
• We will plan and manage resources proactively in line with business priorities.
• We will work with Business Change and Service Transition Managers to support business readiness and handover to operational support.
• We will ensure timely adherence to operational acceptance processes.
• We will manage the value stream to realize business outcomes.
• We will validate data readiness across SAP environments for testing, dry runs, cutover, go-live, and BAU operations.
• We will define integration requirements, monitor progress, report status, and proactively resolve concerns, interdependencies, issues, and risks.
