Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Sales Account Manager – Digital Services to be based at our office in Warwick, UK.

ROLE SUMMARY

Were looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive B2B digital services sales across industries such as aerospace,defense,automotive,manufacturing,andindustrialmachinery.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital solutions including Data & AI, PLM, CX, and Aftersales, along with a bachelors or masters degree in marketing.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

ClientRelationshipManagement:

• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,servingastheprimarypointofcontact.
• Understandclientneeds,goals,andchallengestodevelopeffectivedigitalstrategies.
• Regularlycommunicatewithclients,providingupdatesonperformance,progress,andnewopportunities.
• Proactivelyidentifyandaddressclientconcerns,ensuringsatisfactionandretention.

DigitalStrategyDevelopment:

• Developandimplementcomprehensivedigitalstrategiesalignedwithclientobjectives.
• Conductmarketresearchandcompetitiveanalysistoidentifyopportunitiesandthreats.
• Stayup-to-dateonthelatestdigitaltrends,technologies,andbestpractices.
• Proposeandimplementinnovativedigitalsolutionstomeetclientneeds.

PerformanceAnalysisandReporting:

• Regularlyreportoncampaignperformance,providinginsightsandrecommendationsforimprovement.
• Trackkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)andmeasurethereturnoninvestment(ROI)ofdigitalefforts.
• Usedataandanalyticstoidentifytrends,opportunities,andareasforoptimization.

BudgetManagement:

• Managedigitalmarketingbudgetseffectively,ensuringthatcampaignsstaywithinallocatedresources.
• Proposeandjustifybudgetrequests,ensuringalignmentwithclientgoalsandobjectives.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

• Excellentcommunication,interpersonal,andpresentationskills.
• Abilitytobuildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships.
• Stronganalyticalskillsandexperienceindataanalysisandreporting.
