Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Battery Timing Coordinator to be based at our customer's office in Wolverhampton, UK. Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Battery Timing Coordinator to support a high-level battery technology project. This role will be key in ensuring that all battery-related timelines align with broader launch and engineering plans. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop a high-level battery project timing plan suitable for presentation at board level.
  • Coordinate with all battery technology leads (Stack, Pack, Frame, BEM) to ensure an integrated project timeline.
  • Liase with the Launch team and IOPD to ensure the GME-P plan supports the overall unit launch timeline.
  • Provide ongoing status updates, identify timing risks, and drive alignment across functions.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within automotive or engineering environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines.
  • Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) programs.
  • Prior exposure to product launch processes or systems.
