What you will do:
- Develop and deliver preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair faults in plant equipment and automation systems
- Provide electrical expertise to improve plant performance and reliability
- Work in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards
- Support the training and development of the electrical team and others
- Develop and deliver improvement activities and technical investigations
You’ll be working with systems such as PLCs, digital drives and AC/DC motors, will interpret technical drawings and ensure maintenance is completed to high engineering standards.
What you will need:
- Relevant plant or heavy industrial experience
- An excellent understanding of modern electrical systems and safety protocols
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience of managing a team
- Good IT and communication skills
