Catnic is a recognised leader in the construction industry. We supply high-quality products to builders, developers and distributors across the UK and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and repair machinery and support systems to reduce downtime
- Carry out preventative maintenance to avoid unplanned issues
- Support improvements to equipment and working processes
- Play an active role in your own learning and development
- Help deliver projects and upgrades that improve site performance
- Work alongside colleagues across departments and support third-party contractors when needed
Your work will help ensure customer orders are met on time, safely, and to a high standard – contributing directly to the success of the wider business.
What You’ll Need
- To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to be a time-served electrician, ideally with a recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- A flexible, proactive approach with a focus on safety
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with PLCs and control systems (preferred but not essential)
- A commitment to continuous improvement
