What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and repair machinery and support systems to reduce downtime
  • Carry out preventative maintenance to avoid unplanned issues
  • Support improvements to equipment and working processes
  • Play an active role in your own learning and development
  • Help deliver projects and upgrades that improve site performance
  • Work alongside colleagues across departments and support third-party contractors when needed

Your work will help ensure customer orders are met on time, safely, and to a high standard – contributing directly to the success of the wider business.

What You’ll Need

  • To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to be a time-served electrician, ideally with a recognised qualification in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • A flexible, proactive approach with a focus on safety
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with PLCs and control systems (preferred but not essential)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement
