We’re looking for a highly capable Business Reporting & Data Manager to lead data, reporting, and continuous improvement across our DUK&I business. This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive data‑led decision making, digital transformation, and operational excellence within a complex, high‑volume supply chain environment. You’ll take ownership of master data strategy and deployment, ensuring the business is equipped with accurate, timely insight while continuously improving processes, systems, and performance.
What you will do:
- Lead the development and application of Master Data standards across the DUK&I business by driving business reporting and data analysis to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Lead and facilitate Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all functions alongside supporting and coordinating business improvement projects, enabling idea generation and implementation.
- Research and analyze problem areas, developing insights and solutions to improve performance.
- Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools, systems, and ways of working (including Nexus).
- Audit existing processes and implement corrective actions to achieve best practice.
- Standardise and maintain Daily Management frameworks across the business.
- Develop and deploy tools for segmentation, supply chain optimisation, and profitability improvement.
- Manage the price book and price exception processes to ensure commercial effectiveness.
- Support external purchasing activity to mitigate risks from supply or production issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Sales, Planning, and Customer Services to deliver improvements.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business improvement within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, planning, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Stratix) and digital supply chain tools.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
