We are seeking a visionary OT Cyber Security Infrastructure Architect to shape and safeguard our global operational technology environments.
What you will do:
- Define and implement strategic security architectures that protect and optimise our OT assets globally.
- Lead hardening activities aligned with CIS benchmarks, helping to standardise and strengthen our global cybersecurity posture.
- Lead transformative projects, designing and deploying robust cyber security frameworks that ensure seamless operations and effective threat mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams from engineering, IT, and operational management to ensure comprehensive security integration.
- Deliver secure solutions across segmented networks, implementing and maintaining secure designs, configurations, access controls and hardened environments within Wintel-based Active Directory environments.
- Deliver complex projects that have measurable impacts, including reduced downtime, enhanced incident response capabilities, and strengthened compliance with global standards like ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.

What you will need:
- A strong background in cyber security architecture, particularly within operational technology (OT) environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing secure network infrastructures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security solutions, and advanced threat protection systems.
- A strong background in designing, implementing and securing complex AD structures, managing Group Policy Objects to enforce security and configuration requirements.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications such as Microsoft Role Based certifications, CISSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent.
- A proactive, strategic mindset, committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging cyber threats and technologies.
- Experience in applying CIS (Center for Internet Security) hardening standards to ensure secure system configurations across critical assets would be desirable.
