We\’re seeking a visionary OT Cyber Security Infrastructure Architect to shape and safeguard our global operational technology environments.
What you will do:
As an OT Cyber Security Infrastructure Architect, you\’ll define and implement strategic security architectures that protect and optimise our OT assets globally. This role is integral to our continued success, linking advanced cyber security practices directly to our strategic business objectives of safety, operational resilience, and technological advancement. As part of your role, you\’ll lead hardening activities aligned with CIS benchmarks, helping to standardise and strengthen our global cybersecurity posture.
You\’ll lead transformative projects, designing and deploying robust cyber security frameworks that ensure seamless operations and effective threat mitigation. Collaboration will be key, working closely with international cross-functional teams from engineering, IT, and operational management to ensure comprehensive security integration. You will be delivering secure solutions across segmented networks, implementing and maintaining secure designs, configurations, access controls and hardened environments within Wintel-based Active Directory environments.
Your ability to deliver complex projects will have measurable impacts, including reduced downtime, enhanced incident response capabilities, and strengthened compliance with global standards like ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82. What you will need:
To succeed as our OT Cyber Security Infrastructure Architect, you\’ll bring substantial experience and specialised expertise, specifically:
- A strong background in cyber security architecture, particularly within operational technology (OT) environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing secure network infrastructures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security solutions, and advanced threat protection systems.
- A strong background in designing, implementing and securing complex AD structures, managing Group Policy Objects to enforce security and configuration requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications such as Microsoft Role Based certifications, CISSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent.
- A proactive, strategic mindset, committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging cyber threats and technologies.
- Experience in applying CIS (Center for Internet Security) hardening standards to ensure secure system configurations across critical assets would be desirable.
