4 Year Apprenticeship - College & On-Site Training
Working hours on site will vary by area but the majority of areas will work 7am – 3pm throughout your apprenticeship years.

- Have strong communication and listening skills

- Are reliable – with good timekeeping skills
- Are able to work in a team
- Are interested in the engineering/manufacturing industry
- Are comfortable with shift working
You’ll need to have 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including English Language, Maths and Science) at Grades A* - C or level 4 – 9 or equivalents. You will also need to have a genuine interest in engineering and show a passion for this type of work.
