Due to our continued success we’re now looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our Caerphilly site. It’s an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who wants to develop in a commercial manufacturing environment and gain exposure to all aspects of a dynamic, forward‑thinking operation. You’ll play a key role in helping the business improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support future growth.

What you will do

  • You’ll help drive improvements across our Production and Materials areas, working closely with the Operational Improvement Manager to support key strategic initiatives and embed continuous improvement practices across the business.
  • Your work will directly support operational performance, quality, and long‑term capability.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Evaluating operational data and presenting insights through clear charts, reports, and dashboards.
    • Supporting the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process improvements.
    • Contributing to ISO 50001 (energy) and ISO 9001 (quality) standards compliance and continuous improvement.
    • Monitoring performance across Capex and revenue projects to ensure delivery and value.
    • Investigating process waste and supporting quality improvements throughout production.
    • Liaising with stakeholders across engineering, production, technical, and materials functions to support improvement activity.

What you will need

  • We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of analytical capability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You’ll need:
    • Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
    • Proficiency in Excel (essential), with bonus points for experience in VBA, AutoCAD, or other Microsoft applications.
    • A collaborative approach to teamworking and stakeholder engagement.
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline – or equivalent experience.
