We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles in Design, Development, Integration and Vehicle Testing Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess expertise and experience in the skill sets mentioned below.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:- Deliver ECU (Engine Control Units) Software, Verification and Validation capability through corporate toolchain – training in the tools will be provided.
- Provide testing tools and methods best practice knowledge and training capability to the ECU as capability and knowledge increases.
- Develop optimised system level test strategies to test the ECU functionalities.
- Delivery of Control Systems Testing within ECU across the range of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.
- Contribute to the delivery of ECU Systems Development onto all programmes, in line with the Systems Engineering discipline outlined by Product Creation Systems.
- Provide technical support across the operational team on topics relating to the Autosar development, integration and testing of multiple interconnected ECUs and components including issue resolution and objective data analysis.
- Contribute to the Vehicle Testing and LabCar Testing ASPICE / UNCE / ISO relevant standard application to testing methodology and traceability.
- Co-ordinate between Offshore and Onsite team.
- Undertake relevant work as required in connection with their job as may be requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / master’s degree in engineering is preferred or any bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of relevant experience.
- Good relevant experience in Autosar stack configuration, Integration of application and Base software and knowledge C Coding.
- Expertise in using Autosar Stack configuration tools, design development tools, Build environment.
- Expertise in debugging process and debugging tool usage.
- Experience in applying Systems Engineering and in testing of complex technical systems using a structured approach.
- Ability to produce formal documentation to a highly professional standard.
- Relevant experience of integrated system testing.
- Good relevant experience of working in a Systems Engineering environment - ideally within the Automotive Sector but the role may suit someone with experience in other transportation.
