As a SAP Claims Management Consultant you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Claims Management solutions for our client. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP functionality, specifically related to claims management processes, as well as the ability to engage with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Configure, customize and implement SAP Claims Management (SAP FS-CM) solutions based on business requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and map them to SAP Claims Management processes.
  • Provide expertise in claims lifecycle processes, including claims initiation, adjudication, settlement and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for claims management systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Claims Management systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Experience working with SAP Claims Management.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Services modules like SAP FS-CD.
  • Experience with SAP Claims Management configuration, claims lifecycle, settlement and related processes.
  • Solid understanding of integration points between SAP Claims Management and other SAP modules like SAP FI/CO.
  • Experience with SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) integration and reporting is an advantage.
