The Role:
- As an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing Oracle Time & Labor / Time & Attendance consulting service as a Subject Matter Expert and lead discussions with the Customer team.
- Responsible for identifying and gathering business requirements, build/configuration of all aspects of Time & Labor (e.g., layouts, Schedule).
- Identify functionality gaps and provide workaround solutions.
- Advise customer team on solutions options (for workarounds), risks, and any possible impacts on other processes (Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Expenses).
- Interact and assist the project technical team members responsible for developing Payroll related Data migration, Integration and Reports.
- Exposure to Workforce Scheduling module and its integration with other HCM modules.
Key responsibilities:

Your Profile:
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in OTL Functional Consultant.
- At least 2-3 full cycle OTL Implementation experience.
- Experience in integration of Time & Labor with modules such as Payroll and Expenses.
- Experience in configuration of all aspects of Time & Labor e.g., layouts, Schedule.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting those, doing fit gap analysis and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM application.
- Strong knowledge of Time and Labor (OTL) and Workforce Scheduling, including Fast Formulas.
- Understanding of OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define business processes and solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP Transformation project delivery.
- Additional knowledge of functional areas such as Core HR, Absence and Payroll.
