Role: Team Administrative Assistant (Legal Department)
Location: London (Hybrid)

Your responsibilities
- Processing of documents for signature in Docusign – Uploading the documents and following up on signatures/dealing with any enquiries as necessary.
- Allocation/reassignment of legal review requests in the Contract Review System amongst the lawyers in the team.
- Assisting with London Legal mailbox and provide cover for Legal PMO and other Admin Assistants during their absence.
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by Legal PMO; updating Office Schedule and Leave Chart.
- Available to support the Legal Team in the office as required.
