The Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and providing technical solutions, managing integrations, and leading development teams. Expertise in Apex, LWC is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform
- Lead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practices are adhered to
- Provide mentorship and code review feedback as required
- Daily management of a development team
- Building (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirements
- Work with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns
- Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon
- Define/refine the development workflow for the development team
- Act as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as required
Review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Development
- Experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System
- Expertise providing and implementing technical solutions
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies
Good to have:
Experience implementing OmniStudio solutions
