The Role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will work directly with the Automation team to enhance the existing automation scripts. You will also have the opportunity to contribute new ideas, explore new avenues of Automation and perform POC to scale. This is a client facing role where you will be required to provide regular automation progress reports for the entire Automation team and deliver to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the automation team with individual contributor.
- Drive automation initiatives within the project.
- Mentor and help other team members.
- Drive the entire Onsite and Offshore automation team.
- Effectively communicate challenges, risk and issue timely to any task.
- Automate test data need.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Web & Mobile App automation testing using Appium and API automation using Rest Sharp.
- Proficiency in Selenium using C#.
- Good understanding of QA process and hands-on QA experience and automation QA Lead experience.
- Previous experience working with Agile methodology.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Exposure to Azure or any cloud Technologies.
- Experience of working with BDD & Cucumber, Specflow.
- Ability to understand the technical details of Automation Framework and should have good debugging skills.
- Proficiency with web as well as mobile automation.
- Understanding of Azure based Apps and ability to perform log analysis.
