The Role
As a ARISTA Cloud Network Operation, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing Arista-based network infrastructure. This role will focus on leveraging Arista’s Cloud Vision platform. It may also include collaborations with DevOps team to Integrate and network operations into broader IT Workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage in-life operations.
- Incident and Fault Management.
- Handle customer queries.
- Liaise with other teams to see through issue resolutions.
- Support live deployments and configuration.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Cloud Networking.
- ARISTA Operations.
- Automations (Routing & Switching).
- Cloud Vision.
- Deployment in large scale Enterprises.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Domain / Contextual knowledge in Telecom industry.
- Stakeholder Management and Ability in building trust with business users, Product Line and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile Way of Working.
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring, Service Management and fault management tools.
