The Role: As a Wealth Management Domain consultant, you will provide strategic advisory and industry expertise to Wealth Management and Private Banking clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help define business strategies, drive transformation initiatives, optimize operating models, enhance client experiences, and support the adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking, advising executive stakeholders on business strategy, growth opportunities and transformation priorities.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive developments, regulatory changes and emerging technologies impacting the Wealth Management industry.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, business leaders and transformation programmes.
  • Support definition and execution of large-scale Wealth Management transformation programmes.
  • Advise clients on platform modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct current-state assessments across business, operations, technology and customer experience and define target operating models, transformation roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
  • Assess and recommend industry platforms, ecosystem solutions and integration approaches.
  • Support the adoption of AI, analytics, automation and digital capabilities within Wealth Management operations.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Extensive experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking and/or Investment Management.
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management business processes, client journeys and operating models.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements affecting Wealth Management organisations.
  • Proven experience leading business transformation and consulting engagements.
  • Experience advising senior business and technology executives.
  • Experience with digital transformation, customer experience and technology modernisation programmes.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Executive presence and ability to build relationships to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and deep analytical skills.
  • Ability to draft and deliver Executive-level presentation, highlighting thought leadership.
  • Proposal and report writing and supporting responses to RFIs/RFPs.
