- Translate complex regulatory, legal, and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing with compliance users to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product, and Technology teams to ensure UX solutions align with regulatory obligations and operational needs.
- Create and maintain UX artefacts such as personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG), security guidelines, and internal governance policies.
- Support agile delivery teams by working closely with developers during implementation and validating UX outcomes.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, UI standards, and best practices for compliance applications.
- Review and refine existing platforms to improve usability, efficiency, and user adoption.
- Advocate for user‑centred design thinking within Compliance IT and help embed UX best practices across programmes and initiatives.
Your Profile
- Strong professional UX design experience, preferably within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing compliance, risk, surveillance, or regulatory platforms is highly desirable.

- Strong UX design experience within enterprise or data‑heavy applications.
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated, risk‑sensitive environment.
