The Role:

As an SAP FICO Business Integrator you will joinour team working in SAP environment in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and IT mindset to contribute to implementation and support Global project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and other IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective financial solutions.
• Serve as the Change Management Process Owner and act as a liaison with the Quality and Delivery team for the implementation of changes.
• Manage incidents and defects, coordinating with relevant parties (customers, development team, management) to ensure timely resolution of issues and defects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Previous experience working on support projects of S/4 HANA FI & Controlling.
• Proven expertise in Management and coordination of solution in production support environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Desire to learn new modules and work on leading-edge projects.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in SAP FICO Planning.
• Implementation experience in support environment.
