The Role: As an SAP MM / P2P Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, build, testing, and implementation of SAP Materials Management and Procure-to-Pay solutions. The role supports the delivery of complex automotive and manufacturing business processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and business process workshops for SAP MM and P2P processes.
- Configure and implement end-to-end SAP MM functionalities including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
- Design, build, test, and deploy SAP MM solutions across project or programme delivery.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration rationales, and test scripts (UT, UAT, Regression).
- Drive adoption of standard SAP best practices and minimise custom development.
- Collaborate with technical teams for functional specifications and integration requirements.
- Support cutover activities, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery, and support of SAP Automotive processes.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management, pricing, and account determination.
- Minimum of two end-to-end SAP MM implementation experiences.
- Experience working with integrations across SAP modules such as FI/CO, PP, SD, and EWM.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in parallel.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing domains.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Procure-to-Pay transformation programmes.
