Responsibilities
- Design, define, and maintain end‑to‑end architectural solutions across application, data, and infrastructure domains.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, and resilience.
- Develop architectural specifications for integrations, products, and technologies.
- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solutions are implemented as architected and resolve any design issues that arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide consultancy and advisory support by translating initiatives and challenges into viable technical solutions and cost models.
- Ensure architectural compliance with enterprise technology and security standards.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in modern security practices, API platforms, and functional design.
- Lead solution workshops, technology consulting engagements, and due‑diligence activities.
- Assess the availability, suitability, and viability of third‑party products, components, and services.
Qualifications
- Strong experience within the Telecoms domain, supported by relevant architecture or domain certifications such as TM Forum or TOGAF.
- Proven experience delivering solutions for telecom clients across BSS and OSS landscapes.
- Strong understanding of Voice and Broadband service offerings.
- Solid knowledge of Lead‑to‑Cash processes, particularly within B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, architecture frameworks, and solution design patterns.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding technology decisions at an enterprise level.
