The Role
The SFCC program Test Manager demands liaising with multiple stakeholders, governance, along with excellent reporting with senior stakeholders. Managing the expectations of customers, third party suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively. Drive the overall Salesforce transformation strategically.
Key responsibilities:
- To understand Salesforce transformation requirements from workshops, sessions with required stakeholders.
- Working closely with Senior stakeholders including C-Executives and providing strategic directions in the testing space.
- Liaising with third parties with strong voice in key meetings, discussions and driving effective decision making.
- To work with existing Test Leads, managers to understand the bigger picture.
- Customer relationship building and checking customer pulse from time to time.
- To draft SFCC transformation strategy, Test Plan and Test approach for the wider group.
- To review the work of team members and ensure it aligns with the requirement or customer expectations.
- To ensure team delivers high performance software through script/scenario reviews, execution approach enhancements, etc.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong in SFCC Architecture understanding, its implementation and end to end connect with other peripheral systems.
- Strong technological understanding within Salesforce and practical experience of Salesforce capabilities.
- Excellent thought leadership and experience in delivering strategic large scale programmes.
- Strong understanding and practical experience while working within Salesforce Cloud.
- Highly competent while working within CI/CD – Azure DevOps pipeline.
- Strong Agile experience while working with Scrum Teams and Squads.
- Strong experience while working in a multi and senior stakeholder environment and understands and adapt multi-vendor complexity.
- Strong Test management and governance experience.
- Tools knowledge and experience in JIRA, Confluence and know how to setup dashboards and Dynamic reports.
