Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements for the company’s clients.
  • Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, and implementing ERP systems for the company’s clients.
  • Coordinate project timeline with your teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s).
  • Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables.
  • Leverage your broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projects.
  • Lead and collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects.
  • Be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project.
  • Produce recognized pieces of transformational thought leadership and present at industry events.
  • Develop detailed program plans to monitor risk and issues, and present status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and mentor teams and clients.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery.
  • Proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives.
  • Ability to guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Experience leading sales opportunities.
  • Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream.
  • Expert understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives.
  • Ability to work with individuals at various levels of seniority.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Solid working experience as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
  • Strong prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
  • Extensive experience in proposal and business case development.
  • Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members.
  • Deep understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business.
  • Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA.
  • Experience managing multiple resources.
  • Ability to lead steering committee meetings, team meetings, business meetings, and the project management team.
  • Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
  • Expert understanding of program financials and processes.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
