The Role
As part of the Product Management Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of a product. The PM owns the product vision, defines the product strategy and ensures the development team delivers high quality products that meet user and business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding product vision and supporting product manager in executing the roadmap.
- Supporting product managers in prioritizing backlog items.
- Bridging the gap between the business and technical aspects of software development.
- Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and helping them to understand the business side.
- Independently managing and coordinating agile teams and ceremonies, ensuring that developers understand each project\’s requirements.
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on the features, functionality, timelines, and other details.
- Documenting logical or data flow diagrams
- Communicating project status and roadblocks with other members of the team.
- Aiding the product manager in determining and managing technical stories.
- Assisting in the creation of stories relating to debts involving technical nature.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in technology product management or data-related products.
- Experience in Software Architecture and Software Development.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rally.
- An ability to solve complex problems and a highly analytical approach.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and be curious to understand and master the travel domain.
- Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Skilled in creating visually appealing PPT for presentations.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a positive attitude and a sense of humor in the face of chaotic workflow and possible challenges.
- Have a successful record of leading and coordinating business, delivery, and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver on a product roadmap.
- Strong product management skills with ability to take full ownership from analysis through implementation.
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
- Experience working with SQL.
