The Role

As a Powertrain Product Owner, you will be responsible for squad leadership and delivery of the product vision. In this role, you will act as the primary interface to vehicle programmes while representing the wider powertrain community. You will utilize your knowledge of powertrain technology. You will work across the entire powertrain department, mainly focused on HW/SW integration, unit programmes, and cooling systems, while also taking responsibility for test and development plans, system and component level testing, and subsequent planning and sign-offs of these tasks.

Your responsibilities:

1. Delivery of BEV / Hybrid Powertrain System, aligned with the needs & requirements of the consolidated Powertrain Strategy.
2. Working closely with the Senior Engineering Leads in alignment with the portfolio of Powertrain projects, using Agile methods to prioritize the Product Roadmap based on development milestones.
3. Define and lead the test and development plan for the integration of all Powertrain content ahead of vehicle testing. This includes virtual, software, and physical testing methods.
