Work on Global Retail Transformation Programs – Drive implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Retail solutions (RMS, ReSA, RPM, ReIM, MFCS, Cloud) for leading global retailers.

The Role: Oracle Retail Consultants enable retailers to optimize business operations, accelerate digital transformation, and improve customer experience through effective implementation and support of Oracle Retail solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and prepare functional and technical solutions for Oracle Retail applications.
- Perform SQL/PLSQL, Pro*C, and Unix code analysis, troubleshooting, and support activities within Oracle Retail environments.
- Analyse and support batch processes, interfaces, and integrations across Oracle Retail modules.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective Oracle Retail solutions across modules such as RMS, SIM, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, and RTM.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer interactions, issue resolution, and solution discussions.
Your Profile:
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail modules including RMS, SIM, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, and RTM.
- Hands‑on experience in SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Pro*C, and Oracle Forms development and support.
- Ability to prepare functional and technical design documents for Oracle Retail solutions.
- Experience in code analysis, troubleshooting, and support of Oracle Retail applications and interfaces.
- Good understanding of batch processing programs and integrations/interfaces within Oracle Retail environments.
- Capability to interact directly with customers and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
- Experience in Oracle Retail product implementations.
- Experience supporting production environments and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of SQL performance tuning and optimisation techniques.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
