The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management (OM), Pricing, and Procurement modules.
The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and support engagements.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes covering Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles and be capable of translating business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, and Procurement processes.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing Administration, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, and Supplier Management modules.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Configure pricing strategies including price lists, discounts, promotions, pricing rules, and customer-specific pricing models.
- Define procurement processes, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, purchasing controls, and contract management configurations.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, conversions, and data migration activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities, ensuring successful solution deployment.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while providing functional guidance to business users and support teams.
- Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion solutions within project timelines and quality standards.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
- 5-12 years of ERP experience with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, and Procurement.
- Experience in Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Hands-on configuration of OM, Pricing, Purchasing, and SSP modules.
- Strong requirement gathering and solution design capabilities.
- Experience with pricing strategies, discounts, promotions, and price lists.
- Knowledge of supplier management, procurement approvals, and purchasing workflows.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Ability to work with integration, reporting, and technical teams.
- Excellent client-facing, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
