The Role: As an Oracle EPM – FCCS Technical Consultant, you will be an expert in EPBCS (Workforce & Financials), RCS and FCCS. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, implement the best practices and provide ongoing support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis, solution design and configuration based on client requirements.
• Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, data forms, smart lists, task lists and dashboards.
• Design and maintain integrations using Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data loads and automation.
• Build and troubleshoot metadata structures, mappings, validations and transformation logic.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, user guides and test scripts.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and IT teams for system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide L2 and L3 production support.

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with EPBCS (especially workforce and Financials modules).
• Strong understanding and experience with ARCS and FCCS functionality and configurations.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (planning, budgeting, consolidation, reconciliation).
• Proficiency in: Business Rules or Calculation Manager, Smart View, EPM Automate, Data Management or FDMEE, Excel-based templates and reporting.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Good knowledge of integration tools (OIC/REST APIs/SFTP for EPM Integration).
• SQL skills for data analysis and logic integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
