Requirements
- We need overall IT or enterprise applications experience, ideally with large-scale Oracle CX Cloud transformation programs.
- We need strong Oracle CX Cloud architecture experience across multiple modules such as Sales Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Eloqua, CDM, Service Cloud, and Incentive Compensation.
- We need full lifecycle Oracle CX implementation experience across Sales, Engagement, CDM, and Service modules.
- We need strong understanding of Customer Data Management, Marketing Automation, Sales Performance, and Service Management processes.
- We need hands‑on knowledge of Oracle configuration, customization, Application Composer, Groovy scripting, custom objects, process functions, workflows, rules, workspaces, and API‑based integrations.
- We need experience with requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, migration planning, testing support, and implementation governance.
- We need strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, JSON, Web Services, Oracle APIs, and integration with CRM, ERP, and back‑office systems.
- We need the ability to communicate complex solution concepts to business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.
- Desirable: Oracle CX Cloud certifications in Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, or related applications.

Responsibilities
- We lead business and technical discovery workshops to understand current CX processes, business challenges, transformation goals, and integration needs.
- We translate business requirements into scalable, configurable Oracle CX Cloud solution architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, CDM, and CX Analytics.
- We design and guide implementation of Oracle Marketing Cloud or Eloqua capabilities including marketing automation, campaign management, customer segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, and automated communications.
- We define integration approaches between Eloqua and CRM, Sales Cloud, and third‑party applications.
- We support solution design for customer data platforms, behavioural intelligence, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer loyalty or engagement scope areas as applicable.
- We architect Oracle Sales Cloud or Engagement Cloud solutions across SFA, CDM, CLM, ICM, sales planning, sales performance management, and customer data management.
- We support sales process transformation across lead, opportunity, pipeline, quote, compensation, and account management processes.
- We architect Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud capabilities for customer master data, customer data governance, account management, and data quality processes.
- We provide architecture guidance for Oracle Service Cloud capabilities including service center, knowledge management, customer service processes, workspaces, workflows, rules, APIs, and integrations.
- We guide configuration requests, enhancements, product customization, administration, and integration design for Oracle Service Cloud.
- We support solution design for Intelligent Advisor and service effectiveness analytics where applicable.
- We design and configure incentive compensation plans, plan components, performance measures, rate tables, classification rules, assignment rules, credit rules, incentive formulae, flexfields, web services, reports, dashboards, and OTBI or data models.
- We collaborate with business and IT teams to design sales compensation solutions aligned to business requirements.
- We define CX analytics architecture for sales pipeline, win‑loss analysis, lead prioritization, quote efficiency, subscription pipeline, campaign efficiency, account‑based analysis, and service effectiveness.
- We guide reporting and dashboarding using Oracle CX reporting capabilities, OTBI, data models, and integration with enterprise analytics platforms where applicable.
- We define integration architecture across Oracle CX Cloud and external systems including CRM, ERP, billing, identity platforms, third‑party applications, and legacy platforms.
- We design and review integrations, ensuring data flow consistency, security, scalability, and performance across integrated applications.
- We review and validate solution designs, configuration designs, custom developments, and integration deliverables from implementation teams and SI partners.
- We conduct fit‑gap analysis and recommend optimal use of Oracle standard capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customisations.
