The Role

As an Oracle C2M Expert – Functional and Technical, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions. Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing oracle utilities applications and strong expertise in Oracle CCB, and MDM.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, and integration with CC&B.
• Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections.
• Experience in Config tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals.
• Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points.
• Experience in Solution Design and support.
• Good communication Skills.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Functional knowledge of utility industry.
• Experience in managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers and Stakeholder Management.
• Oracle C2M/ CC&B and MDM Solution Design, development and support.
• Knowledgeable of Test Execution.
• Experience with Stakeholder Management.
